Clinton R. McNair II
Curriculum Vitae
I consider myself a generalist who is interested in the multiple topics of public administration. For my research, I perform social experiments and longitudinal studies to understand bureaucratic comprehension, deservingness, and the public's preference for leadership. My overall goal is to understand how the public's varying levels of trust influence the implementation of social equity and progressive policy. To perform this task, I use disasters and the recovery process to reveal how the community will respond to equitable policy for historically deprived communities.
As an instructor, I enjoy creating courses for scholars who want to understand our government and participate in the public sector. My goal is to help my students discover the pathways needed to become efficient administrators and leaders. To accomplish this task, I utilize real-world applications to teach students how to be successful leaders within the public sector.
